Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location, as we work with a network of global and local suppliers. Most orders arrive within7–14 business days, though some may take up to 20 business days during peak seasons. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain threshold (usually $49+). For orders below that amount, a flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout. Express and expedited shipping options are also available for an additional charge.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue, you can request a return or exchangewithin 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to check the latest status. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than a week, feel free to contact our support team — we'll look into it.

After that window, the order may already be in production or handed off to the carrier, and we unfortunately can't guarantee changes.
